Until nothing but black is the sky
‘til the moon sits alone in its ocean so dark
‘til the night that it too says goodbye
The grains of the sand that build up the beach
One by one from existence they fade
Until nothing is left but the gray solitude
On this barren dead rock we have made

This rock is not filled with the kindness and love
That memory states was once here
It’s marked with the blemishes from turning the dirt
And filled with the ones we hold dear
The diggers scoop down in the stony cold ground
To keep up with all the demand
Another has fallen, put them on the pile
If need be we’ll dig with our hands

The stones of the cairn stacked so neatly in place
Just a second to capture our breath
Then the bell tolls again with the news that’s so grim
Another has marched to their death
Fingers dig deep in the dark muddy Earth
To find room to put just one more
Work so much harder than we did yesterday

Crynchy, raw and heavy stoner rock with good vocals and a good sense of melody. Some grooves are jammier than others but that only adds to the originality of the tunes and makes you feel as if you are there in the studio with the band.
